Project Management Consultancy
Advisory and coordination for complex, multi-stakeholder projects — from the planning stage through delivery and reporting.
What we do
We help clients set up a project properly and keep it on track once it starts. That means a clear plan, a single source of truth for progress and budget, and a working rhythm between all parties involved — internal teams, contractors and outside specialists.
Our role is advisory and operational at the same time: we can set up the PMO, run it, or hand it over once the client's team is ready to take it. Every engagement starts with a written scope and known deliverables.
Typical engagements
- New office fit-out and relocation
- Cross-border operations set-up
- Multi-vendor implementation programmes
- Reorganisations and process redesign
- Interim PMO for growing companies
Five practices
Not a fixed methodology — a set of practices we combine to fit the engagement.
Project planning and PMO set-up
Structure of the project defined on paper: objectives, deliverables, milestones, workstreams, governance. We put in place the reporting cadence and tools before the first task moves.
Vendor and contractor coordination
A single point of contact between the client and multiple suppliers. Scopes aligned, dependencies mapped, hand-offs written down. Fewer surprises where two vendors meet.
Progress, risk and budget reporting
Weekly written status: what is done, what is next, what is at risk, where the money is. Traffic-light dashboards for management, detail underneath for the working team.
Stakeholder communication support
Steering committee packs, board updates, and internal communication drafts. We write for the audience, not for the project manager.
Post-implementation review
After the project is live, we run a short review: what worked, what did not, what to institutionalise. The output is a short written report and a handover, not a workshop for its own sake.
How we start
The same short sequence for every consultancy engagement, regardless of size.
Brief
You describe the situation and the outcome you need.
Plan
Written scope, deliverables, team and price.
Set-up
PMO, tools, reporting cadence in place before work starts.
Run & report
Weekly written status, monthly steering pack, closing review.
How the work is structured
Our role is advisory. When a project needs engineering supervision, legal or tax specialists, we bring in the right partners and coordinate their input end to end — the client keeps a single point of contact.
Where we work
Registered in the UAE, working across the region and beyond. Remote-first coordination is the default; on-site presence is arranged when the project needs it.
